Since formally embarking on a legal career in 1993, he has accumulated 29 years of professional experience. During his practice, he has led and participated in multiple bankruptcy restructuring cases for well-known domestic real estate development groups. He possesses extensive expertise in corporate legal advisory services, company equity disputes, disposal and acquisition of non-performing (special) assets, bankruptcy restructuring, and debt recovery.
