Yiqiang Wang is a faculty member at the School of Law (School of Intellectual Property), China Jiliang University. He holds a Ph.D. in Law and serves as a supervisor for graduate students. He earned his doctoral degree from the Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School of China University of Political Science and Law, during which he participated in a joint training program at the Faculty of Law, Heidelberg University in Germany. His research primarily focuses on civil law and data law. He has published multiple academic papers in CLSCI/CSSCI-indexed journals such as Journal of East China University of Political Science and Law and Civil and Commercial Law Review. He has also led or participated in several provincial and ministerial-level research projects and contributed to the compilation of one textbook. Additionally, he serves as a council member of the Zhejiang Province Cyber Law Research Society.
