With solid theoretical foundations, Dr. Liu has participated in major and key research projects funded by the National Social Science Fund on multiple occasions. He has publicly published 1 monograph, co-compiled 2 textbooks, and authored nearly 30 academic papers. His research achievements have won awards including the First Prize in the Thematic Essay Contest of the 11th China Youth Forum on Law and the Nomination Award of the 4th Dong Biwu Youth Legal Achievement Award.
Boasting rich practical experience, he once held a temporary post at the local government’s science and technology (intellectual property) department. He also serves as a long-term intellectual property legal consultant for government intellectual property authorities, enterprises and public institutions, and industry associations. Proficient in litigation, arbitration and compliance legal matters in intellectual property fields such as trademarks, copyrights and anti-unfair competition, he has handled numerous influential intellectual property disputes, achieving sound legal and social effects.
