Education & Professional Experience: Liangbin Shao holds a Bachelor of Laws from Northwest University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law. He is qualified as a Securities Practitioner, Fund Practitioner, and holds the title of Intermediate Economist. Previously, he served in risk control and legal positions at financial institutions including China Construction Bank, Hana Bank, and Shengshi Investment.
