Education & Professional Experience: Liangbin Shao holds a Bachelor of Laws from Northwest University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law. He is qualified as a Securities Practitioner, Fund Practitioner, and holds the title of Intermediate Economist. Previously, he served in risk control and legal positions at financial institutions including China Construction Bank, Hana Bank, and Shengshi Investment. Since practicing as a lawyer, he has provided legal services to local government industrial guidance funds such as Shaoxing Binhai New Area Integrated Circuit Industry Guidance Fund and Hangzhou Cultural and Creative Industry Fund. He also offers full-process legal services (covering fundraising, investment, management, exit, and compliance management) to multiple private equity fund managers, and has represented fund managers in conducting legal due diligence for hundreds of investment and M&A projects. His expertise includes acting as agent in commercial litigation and arbitration cases such as investment disputes and corporate disputes, as well as handling non-litigation corporate matters including company equity and governance structure planning, and corporate fiscal and taxation planning.
